Doctor Lecter says I should keep a journal. So I will.
Today I talked to Dr. Lecter. He's going to help me feel better, like Cordelia and Ms. White. He asked about Mommy and Daddy, and I was brave and told him.
I don't like talking about it. But it was important, and he says that eventually I will feel better and the nightmares will be afraid of me.
They will be. I will be big and strong and scary. I promise.
