Bruce hasn't been in the bar for a few weeks, because school's just started, and he didn't want to miss anything important. He's left most of his things there, except for Teddy, and he's starting to want his books. So he goes to the door, and pushes.
He steps through into a dusty room, unused for over a year.
He tries again, and again, until it's time for bed and Alfred comes looking for him. He doesn't cry until he's safe in bed, where Alfred can't see.
He's all alone now, really.
